Director of ECommerce

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue and profitability targets across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop
• Execute channel-specific growth strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Optimize site merchandising, UX, and online engagement via Shopify
• Manage Amazon day-to-day operations including listings, content, and advertising strategy
• Oversee TikTok Shop store health, product catalog, and influencer/affiliate program project management
• Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience
• Ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and reporting across all channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 6–10 years of progressive e-commerce experience managing DTC, Amazon, and marketplaces
• Proven success driving revenue and margin in consumer goods or lifestyle brands
• Deep familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
• Strong analytical ability and performance metric management
• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills

• Experience with TikTok Shop
