Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap, including voice agents, computer-use agents, and data extraction models
• Scale AI systems from assisting humans to running full service requests and decision-making
• Build production-grade evals, observability, and human-in-the-loop systems
• Lead the data platform, including pipelines, datasets, and orchestration tooling
• Hire and grow a multi-disciplinary organization of engineering managers and senior engineers

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across engineering, ML, or data science
• Experience as a manager of managers leading multi-team organizations
• Proven track record of shipping applied ML and LLM systems into production at scale
• Deep understanding of LLMs, agents, retrieval, and structured extraction
• Strong background in data infrastructure, pipelines, and ML observability
• Ability to balance speed, cost, quality, and risk in high-stakes environments
