Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment outcome by setting goals and owning enrollment times and application success rates
• Decide what to build by staying close to customers, operators, and the payer workflow
• Ship, measure, and iterate on changes quickly to judge them on real enrollment numbers
• Make high-level technical decisions and architectural bets
• Hire and develop engineers and managers to strengthen the organization
• Partner across Operations, Product, and Applied AI teams to set shared goals

Requirements

• Experience running an engineering organization against business metrics
• Product-minded approach with a focus on user experience and workflows
• Ability to move fast and prioritize customer impact over perfection
• Proven track record of hiring and developing engineering talent
• Strong technical judgment that earns the respect of senior engineers
• Comfort working in complex, regulated, and operations-heavy domains
