Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and output of multiple engineering teams
• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to develop strategy and roadmaps
• Manage large-scale, complex engineering projects and resource allocation
• Drive innovation in technology with a focus on agentic loop engineering
• Partner with product, design, and operations for cohesive execution
• Build, scale, and develop engineering talent through mentorship
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering teams
• Optimize engineering workflows, development processes, and tools
• Identify and mitigate potential technical risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years in leadership positions (Director or Senior Manager level)
• Proven track record of leading multiple engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of software development, systems architecture, and cloud technologies
• Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
• Strong ability to align technical efforts with business objectives
