Director of Engineering - Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Infrastructure organization, overseeing SRE/Infrastructure and Security teams
• Partner with senior technical leaders to evolve cloud infrastructure, reliability, and scalability
• Drive the team's roadmap and execution to mature processes and reduce operational risk
• Represent the Infrastructure organization with executive leadership and customers
• Remain technically engaged by reviewing architecture and providing technical guidance

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years leading high-performing infrastructure, platform, SRE, or DevOps teams
• Experience managing senior and Staff-level engineers
• Background building and operating cloud infrastructure for B2B enterprise SaaS
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading both Infrastructure and Security organizations
• Experience scaling engineering teams through rapid growth
• Success in driving cloud cost optimization initiatives
• Experience building operational excellence through incident management and reliability practices
