Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Enterprise segment by managing complex, high-value multi-million dollar deals within Fortune 500 and global organizations
  • Drive team revenue and performance, owning quota attainment through pipeline generation and deal execution
  • Manage a strategic book of business and lead rigorous account planning and deal inspection
  • Use MEDDPICC to de-risk deals, improve win rates, and drive accurate forecasting
  • Lead complex negotiations involving technical stakeholders, procurement, and legal teams
  • Build strong executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
  • 8+ years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Deep MEDDPICC expertise with a hands-on approach to deal inspection and risk management
  • Proven track record of managing global accounts and large buying groups
  • Experience hiring and ramping A-level sales talent
  • Proficiency with macOS, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
  • Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in cybersecurity, identity, analytics, or infrastructure SaaS
