Director of Field Services

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the Field Services strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Implement scalable service delivery models, processes, and best practices
• Lead, mentor, and develop Field Services managers and team members
• Standardize workflows and operational procedures to improve service delivery
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs related to performance, utilization, and quality
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and lead issue resolution
• Partner with leadership on pricing, margin management, and operational budgeting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in field services, service delivery, or operations
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers
• RCDD or DCDC certification required
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, network solutions, or field engineering services
• Deep understanding of copper and optical cabling methods and standards
• Experience with data center buildouts and large-scale field deployments
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40%
• Must be based in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or CDCDP
• Experience supporting enterprise clients in cloud computing or telecommunications
• Experience with Nvidia sales or related partner ecosystems
