Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for strategic decision-making
• Partner with executive leadership to analyze business performance and identify key drivers
• Drive the annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly re-forecasting cycles
• Prepare insightful financial reports and variance analyses for the leadership team
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis on strategic initiatives like pricing and new product launches
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize resource allocation
• Enhance and scale financial systems and tools
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
• Deep expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC)
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership (CEO, COO)
• Strong systems proficiency and ability to leverage technology to scale finance functions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for distilling complex data
