About the Company

Storyblok is a headless CMS that enables marketers and developers to create with joy and succeed in the AI-driven content era. It empowers you to deliver structured and consistent content everywhere: websites, apps, AI search, and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global partner strategy and execution plan to drive pipeline and revenue growth across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
  • Define and evolve the global partner program, including tiering, incentives, and enablement frameworks
  • Achieve and exceed partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets globally
  • Recruit new high-value partners that deliver against enterprise and mid-market growth objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team of Partner Managers and regional Partner leads
  • Build executive-level relationships with partner leadership teams globally

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs globally
  • Experience leading and developing distributed, cross-regional teams
  • Strategic thinker able to translate global vision into executable GTM plans
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with C-suite and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong network of agency, system integrator, and technology partners in the digital experience, CMS, or e-commerce space
