Responsibilities
- Own the global partner strategy and execution plan to drive pipeline and revenue growth across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
- Define and evolve the global partner program, including tiering, incentives, and enablement frameworks
- Achieve and exceed partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets globally
- Recruit new high-value partners that deliver against enterprise and mid-market growth objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team of Partner Managers and regional Partner leads
- Build executive-level relationships with partner leadership teams globally
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs globally
- Experience leading and developing distributed, cross-regional teams
- Strategic thinker able to translate global vision into executable GTM plans
- Excellent relationship-building skills with C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong network of agency, system integrator, and technology partners in the digital experience, CMS, or e-commerce space
