Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for vertical software partners
• Oversee the Implementation team, including Solutions Engineering and Merchant Onboarding
• Build systems, processes, and AI tools to automate and hyperscale implementation projects
• Lead internal and external calls to manage integration plans for software partners
• Track and report on project logs, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Create production reference documentation for partners and internal support teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience
• 4–6+ years leading complex customer implementations or onboarding in SaaS, fintech, or API-driven platforms
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Working understanding of APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and platform integration concepts
• Experience with payment processing (acceptance, vendor payables, tokenization, PCI compliance)
• Skills in building AI-driven processes, agentic workflows, and automations
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with C-Suite clients and engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in embedded payments or finance
• Experience in a high-growth enterprise software platform
• Player/coach leadership style
