Director of IT

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and leadership to align IT strategy, budgets, and investments with business goals
• Lead a hybrid IT support model consisting of an internal team and an external helpdesk partner
• Manage SOC2 compliance, risk assessments, and audit initiatives
• Oversee secure, scalable IT systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize the technology stack for performance and cost
• Drive organizational adoption of new tools through training and change management

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience managing infrastructure, vendors, and support teams
• Experience operating closely with Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations departments
• Demonstrated success leading transformation initiatives such as cloud, automation, or data platforms
• Working knowledge of AI/automation tools and their practical business applications
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and third-party partners
