Job Description
Responsibilities
- Architect and run a dual-brand editorial strategy that scales David Laroche’s personal brand while building Paradox as a standalone company brand.
- Conceive radical formats (documentaries, conceptual shorts, long-form series) and own end-to-end delivery: hook, script, storyboard, shoot direction, edit, and final quality control.
- Lead and elevate the Content Factory (editors, designers, production crew), set artistic standards, and act as final sign-off on all published assets.
- Partner with Head of Growth to design content-driven acquisition assets, iterate from retention/CTR/CPL data, and scale high-performing creative.
- Hire and onboard niche freelancers and vendors as needed to execute ambitious concepts; manage schedules and budgets to deliver on time.
