About the Company

Ascertain is building AI agents to automate the administrative work that burdens care teams. We are in major health systems and large specialty groups, saving hundreds of staff hours every week. Our backers include Northwell Health and Deerfield Management.

Responsibilities

  • Own partner success after the sale by leading onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term retention efforts for strategic healthcare customers.
  • Serve as the primary partner contact, building relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Lead deployments from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines, milestones, risks, training, and change management activities.
  • Drive adoption and measurable outcomes by helping customers integrate Ascertain into daily workflows.
  • Measure and communicate ROI using key performance metrics to support renewals and expansion.
  • Partner with Sales to grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to influence product development.
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks for onboarding, training, and customer success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years leading implementations, onboarding, or post-sale delivery for healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers and operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of ambulatory practice workflows and revenue cycle operations.
  • Cardiology experience is required.
  • Familiarity with ambulatory EHR platforms such as athenaOne, NextGen, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oncology experience is a plus.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience.
