Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of outreach teams and ensure alignment to strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement scalable operational strategies to support continued growth
  • Lead and facilitate strategic discussions with regional and senior leadership teams
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure operational performance targets are met
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by assessing workflows and identifying inefficiencies
  • Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Regional Vice Presidents and health system partners
  • Partner with data analytics teams to evaluate performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold ethical standards
  • Travel as necessary to support business operations (estimated 15%-20%)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale operations teams (50+ members) preferred
  • Expertise in process development, mapping, and improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees such as MBA or MHA
  • PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
  • Experience in specialty pharmacy operations
  • Experience in contact center operations
