Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and Operations Team to set HR priorities and translate strategy into action
• Audit and refine HR processes, documentation, and workflows
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and improve the recruiting playbook
• Refine performance management cycles and compensation leveling systems
• Build a cohesive Learning & Development framework
• Standardize the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Liaise with PEO on benefits, payroll, and compliance

Requirements

• Hands-on HR leadership experience in a scaling SaaS or tech environment (50–250 employees)
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Experience managing or supporting distributed remote teams
• Must qualify as a "U.S. person" per federal law

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ashby ATS
• Experience with Pave or similar compensation benchmarking tools
• Experience with Sequoia One PEO
