Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for the AI answering service platform
• Translate business objectives and clinical workflows into a prioritized product roadmap
• Lead customer discovery efforts through interviews and workflow observation
• Use modern AI tools to generate prototypes and run rapid concept tests
• Design and run structured product experiments like A/B tests and pilot programs
• Ensure AI features comply with HIPAA and healthcare interoperability standards
• Manage the relationship and delivery quality of outsourced development partners
• Define measurement frameworks for AI product performance and success metrics

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years owning AI, NLP, or conversational AI products in production
• Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs)
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and PHI handling
• Technical fluency to evaluate AI capabilities and prototype concepts
• Experience working with outsourced development partners
• Strong written communication skills for PRDs and executive summaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare contact center operations or clinical communication platforms
• Hands-on familiarity with conversational AI platforms or voice agent frameworks
• Exposure to LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI safety frameworks
• Ability to prototype using Figma, Claude, Replit, or similar AI-assisted tools
