Director of Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Shape the product marketing function and lead product marketing strategy
• Conduct customer research and persona development to drive actionable insights
• Develop value propositions, positioning, and messaging for diverse audiences
• Provide competitive landscape intelligence to enable the Sales team
• Create sales enablement content including decks, demos, and collateral
• Design product packaging and pricing models aligned to market needs
• Manage product launch planning and execution in collaboration with Product teams
• Conduct GTM retrospectives based on closed/won analysis and demand gen learnings
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop resonant content and campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in employer health benefits product marketing
• Experience in both B2B and direct to broker/consultant models
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven insights
• Deep understanding of macro healthcare trends and the employer market
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments
