Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging across the Enterprise Health platform and Ozwell AI
  • Lead category positioning and define market framing
  • Lead go-to-market and commercialization planning for AI and future product modules
  • Translate product capabilities into buyer-relevant narratives for executive, clinical, and IT stakeholders
  • Partner with SDR leadership and Demand Gen to build ICP definitions and buyer personas
  • Build the sales enablement system including decks, talk tracks, battlecards, and demo narratives
  • Own competitive positioning and win/loss learning
  • Build repeatable expansion motions for existing customers
  • Partner with Product on roadmap, market requirements, and launch readiness
  • Serve as the voice of the market to influence roadmap priorities
  • Build and scale customer proof programs including case studies and ROI materials

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, health IT, EHR, or clinical workflow software
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing or go-to-market experience
  • 5+ years in product marketing or sales enablement for complex software
  • Experience commercializing AI-enabled products or complex enterprise healthcare solutions
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare buyers, compliance, and data governance
  • Proven ability to personally produce messaging, positioning, and sales assets
  • Strong writing and executive communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a lean, high-accountability, PE-backed environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in occupational health, employee health, or workforce health
  • Experience marketing regulated healthcare software
  • Experience bringing AI capabilities to market in clinical or compliance-sensitive environments
  • Experience marketing to health systems, large employers, or government agencies
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or 6sense
