Director of Product

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers across autonomous driving technology, application software, data & analytics, and vehicle hardware
• Create compelling product visions, strategies, and roadmaps by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Implement a unified, iterative product development process from customer insights to end-of-life
• Ensure product roadmaps are customer and innovation driven to create competitive advantage
• Develop pricing and value analysis to maximize competitiveness and profit
• Define and deliver OKRs for the team and products
• Set market research objectives and ensure high-level service to the organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in autonomy, robotics, and product commercialization
• Proven experience with autonomous vehicle technology
• Ability to translate complex business goals into technical requirements (PRDs/MRDs)
• Proficiency in analyzing vehicle telemetry and operational metrics
• Experience managing the complete product life cycle for green field products
• Experience leading and developing teams of product and engineering personnel
• Direct operational knowledge of ride-hail, PUDO logistics, and last-mile problems
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Ability to undergo a driving record check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive, Transportation, SaaS, or AI industries
• Proven success working in a start-up or small business environment
• Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships
