Director of Project Management

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead, and oversee project management of the portfolio within assigned Business Unit
• Monitor project progress regarding plans, budget, cost tracking, and resource management
• Create and maintain weekly project status for complex budgets including variance analysis
• Establish and grow relationships with client team members
• Create best practices for processes and procedures to monitor project health
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers
• Set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for the Project Management Team

Requirements

• Master's degree in Telecommunications or a related field
• Minimum of two years experience in Project Management
• Proven experience leading project management teams for software development products
• Experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment
• Ability to work with product managers, engineering teams, and key stakeholders
• Track record of delivering at-scale solutions for consumer-facing digital experiences
