Swish Analytics is a sports analytics, betting and fantasy startup building the next generation of predictive sports analytics data products. We believe that oddsmaking is a challenge rooted in engineering, mathematics, and sports betting expertise; not intuition.

Responsibilities

• Direct ownership of cross-functional programs spanning Trading, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering
• Own and evolve frameworks for intake, prioritization, change management, and release cadence
• Establish cadence, instrumentation, and reporting to make work visible from strategy to execution
• Partner with department heads to raise delivery maturity across the organization
• Lead, develop, and grow the PMO team

Requirements

• Proven experience building or substantially rebuilding a PMO function
• Experience owning large programs spanning multiple engineering and technical organizations
• Ability to operate as a peer with founders and executives
• Experience building processes designed for high adoption rather than mere mandate
• Strong judgment in navigating competing priorities and organizational friction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports, sports betting, fintech, or real-time data environments
• Background scaling a program management team through rapid company change
• Familiarity with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and lightweight automation
