Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end capture process for major federal opportunities to increase Probability of Win (PWIN)
  • Research and track federal solicitations via GovWin, SAM.gov, and agency portals
  • Conduct competitive and incumbent analyses to identify unique value propositions
  • Engage with federal program offices and Small Business Development Officers to shape requirements
  • Identify and vet potential prime contractors and manage teaming agreements
  • Oversee GSA Schedule strategy, including catalog management and pricing
  • Partner with leadership to provide pipeline briefings and Go/No-Go recommendations

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a GSA Schedule and federal procurement regulations
  • Expertise navigating federal platforms like GovWin, SAM.gov, and FPDS
  • Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes (IDIQs, BPAs, task orders, OTA)
  • Extensive experience in federal business development or capture management
  • Proven track record of winning multi-million dollar contracts
  • Ability to formulate complex win themes for AI and hardware solutions
  • Executive-level communication skills
