Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end capture process for major federal opportunities to increase Probability of Win (PWIN)
- Research and track federal solicitations via GovWin, SAM.gov, and agency portals
- Conduct competitive and incumbent analyses to identify unique value propositions
- Engage with federal program offices and Small Business Development Officers to shape requirements
- Identify and vet potential prime contractors and manage teaming agreements
- Oversee GSA Schedule strategy, including catalog management and pricing
- Partner with leadership to provide pipeline briefings and Go/No-Go recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a GSA Schedule and federal procurement regulations
- Expertise navigating federal platforms like GovWin, SAM.gov, and FPDS
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes (IDIQs, BPAs, task orders, OTA)
- Extensive experience in federal business development or capture management
- Proven track record of winning multi-million dollar contracts
- Ability to formulate complex win themes for AI and hardware solutions
- Executive-level communication skills
