Director of RCM Analytics & Client Success

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable owner for full client setup and ongoing RCM performance across all sites
• Monitor AR aging, denials, authorization timeliness, claim submission lag, and payer trends
• Lead root cause analyses for performance gaps and implement operational or system-level solutions
• Oversee front-of-house revenue cycle processes, including payer enrollment and electronic billing configuration
• Ensure accurate patient insurance benefit documentation and standardized upfront collections
• Manage authorization requirements and clinical coding optimization efforts
• Build and maintain BI dashboards, KPI frameworks, and forecasting models
• Interface with Product teams to translate operational feedback into actionable feature requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, healthcare analytics, or performance leadership
• Strong knowledge of claims management, denials, authorizations, and AR aging
• Demonstrated experience building and configuring Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards
• Experience implementing operational change across enterprise-level healthcare clients
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational action
