Director of Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle across technical, operational, and customer-facing roles
• Build strong talent pipelines and partner with hiring leaders to support rapid growth
• Manage 10-20 active requisitions simultaneously, supporting approximately 70+ annual hires
• Handle a mix of hourly technician-level field and repair roles and strategic salaried leadership hires
• Deliver a service-oriented candidate experience that reflects company values
• Continuously improve recruiting processes to support operational excellence

Requirements

• Strong operational discipline and proactive sourcing skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining hiring quality
• Experience managing both high-volume hourly roles and strategic salaried positions
