Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the revenue strategy for DGB in the MENA region.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to drive market penetration.
  • Establish relationships with key buyers, corporate clients, and government entities in carbon markets and sustainability sectors.
  • Leverage DGB’s global resources and marketing team to accelerate local growth.
  • Drive high-value sales of carbon credits, environmental commodities, and nature-based solutions.
  • Identify and close major partnership opportunities to expand DGB’s reach in the region.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and sustainability policies in MENA.

Requirements

  • Proven success in leading revenue growth in the MENA region.
  • Strong network of corporate sustainability leaders, investors, and government contacts.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or corporate partnerships within carbon markets, environmental solutions, or related industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building from the ground up and taking ownership of growth.
  • Self-driven and results-focused, with a passion for sustainability and nature-based solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of scaling a regional operation.
