About the Company
At Covera Health, we're on a mission to improve healthcare by making every diagnosis more accurate. Covera combines clinical expertise, advanced AI, and one of the industry's largest radiology quality datasets to help detect disease earlier and improve diagnostic accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the Revenue Operations function, including processes, systems, reporting, and operating cadence
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator for HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and CRM optimization
- Own pipeline management and forecast production, including board-ready presentations and executive dashboards
- Design and maintain pipeline mechanics, governance, and forecasting processes
- Establish and manage scalable deal desk processes, including pricing and contract workflows
- Design and maintain standardized reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leaders to optimize commercial processes
- Establish and run recurring commercial operating cadences
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions and automation
- Develop a long-term RevOps roadmap
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations
- Experience building or scaling revenue operations functions within a healthcare tech startup environment
- Demonstrated experience owning CRM administration and optimization, preferably within HubSpot
- Proven track record building forecasting processes and pipeline management frameworks
- Experience building scalable reporting infrastructure and executive dashboards using CRM and BI tools
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and executive presence
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
