We offer virtual health care through an in-house clinical care team to ensure patients receive judgment-free care from the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of the full claim lifecycle
• Maximize net patient service revenue through optimized workflows
• Own clearinghouse tools and EHR configurations to support billing office effectiveness
• Translate financial strategy into actionable SOPs
• Manage rigorous denial management processes
• Provide direct oversight, productivity guidance, and professional development for two Billing Specialists
• Identify revenue gaps and create structure in billing workflows
• Analyze and solve trends in denials and rejections

Requirements

• Proven experience in revenue operations or RCM within high-volume healthcare environments
• Deep understanding of complex billing rules and payer landscapes
• Proficiency in revenue analytics and spotting revenue gaps
• Experience managing or leading billing staff
• Ability to build scalable financial workflows and SOPs
