Responsibilities

  • Own RPAS revenue growth outcomes, including pipeline development and conversion rates
  • Build and execute structured advisor outreach and communication cadences
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from qualification to closing
  • Develop repeatable, scalable growth models and sales enablement materials
  • Serve as the primary liaison to financial advisors, providing tools and training
  • Manage CRM pipeline reporting, forecasting, and accountability metrics
  • Lead development and execution of CPA and external alliance strategies
  • Capture market insights to refine RPAS offerings and positioning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in retirement plan advisory, institutional sales, or wealth/benefits consulting
  • Deep knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), profit sharing, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, fiduciary services, and the retirement plan marketplace
  • Proven track record of driving business development and revenue growth
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience influencing advisors or sales teams
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills
