Responsibilities
- Own RPAS revenue growth outcomes, including pipeline development and conversion rates
- Build and execute structured advisor outreach and communication cadences
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from qualification to closing
- Develop repeatable, scalable growth models and sales enablement materials
- Serve as the primary liaison to financial advisors, providing tools and training
- Manage CRM pipeline reporting, forecasting, and accountability metrics
- Lead development and execution of CPA and external alliance strategies
- Capture market insights to refine RPAS offerings and positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in retirement plan advisory, institutional sales, or wealth/benefits consulting
- Deep knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), profit sharing, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ERISA, fiduciary services, and the retirement plan marketplace
- Proven track record of driving business development and revenue growth
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Demonstrated leadership experience influencing advisors or sales teams
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills
