Responsibilities
- Own execution across the full sales cycle from relationship building to closed-won
- Refine and iterate messaging based on customer feedback and market signals
- Build and qualify pipeline in target verticals with urgency and focus
- Represent Lucenia in customer calls, demos, and technical evaluations
- Lay the groundwork for future GTM hires and playbooks
- Work with marketing to grow inbound traction
Requirements
- 4–10 years in B2B infrastructure or AI-related sales
- Proven track record of quota attainment and pipeline growth
- Ability to navigate technical buyer conversations and build trust-based partnerships
- Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity
- Ability to travel approximately 25% for critical meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into regulated industries
- Experience with data-heavy environments
- Experience with search, observability, or cybersecurity tooling
