About the Company

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the UK&I market
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives
- Shape and refine Storyblok's sales concept for the UK&I target market
- Oversee sales activities in existing and new markets within UK&I
- Guide the team in forecasting and negotiating complex deals
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product departments to ensure alignment
- Monitor and report on sales performance to senior management
- Optimize sales processes and methodologies
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role (Sales Manager or Director)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the UK&I market
- Strong understanding of B2B enterprise/Territory sales processes
- Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of UK&I market dynamics
- Experience selling SaaS or technology products
- Deep understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology
- AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools
