Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the UK&I market
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives
  • Shape and refine Storyblok's sales concept for the UK&I target market
  • Oversee sales activities in existing and new markets within UK&I
  • Guide the team in forecasting and negotiating complex deals
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and product departments to ensure alignment
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to senior management
  • Optimize sales processes and methodologies

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience
  • 5+ years in a leadership role (Sales Manager or Director)
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the UK&I market
  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise/Territory sales processes
  • Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of UK&I market dynamics
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology products
  • Deep understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools
