Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering side of the Partner Experience organization, including Partner Quoting & Delivery and Partner Reporting & Insights teams
• Own team health, technical strategy, and delivery velocity
• Act as an active champion of AI-native engineering and agentic engineering adoption
• Partner with product leadership to set direction and drive alignment from discovery through delivery
• Own the engineering roadmap and resourcing for both teams
• Establish velocity measurement frameworks that account for AI-augmented output

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering
• 3+ years managing engineering managers
• Hands-on experience driving transitions to AI-assisted or agentic engineering workflows
• Track record of shipping high-quality product at scale
• Strong communication skills for translating technical and business language
• Experience working with modern data tooling (dbt, Snowflake, or similar)
• Systematic thinker capable of structuring ambiguous problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, marketplace, or consumer platform businesses
• Familiarity with spec-driven development (SDD)
• Experience in B2B2C businesses with CRM-integrated product surfaces
• Exposure to partner-facing reporting systems or data pipelines
