Director of Solutions Marketing

Responsibilities

• Craft solution messaging and positioning for financial crime risk management teams
• Lead the development and execution of solution-to-market plans, including market requirements and KPIs
• Manage the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content
• Lead the development and analysis of multi-touch marketing campaigns
• Develop promotional offers, discounts, or bundling strategies
• Collaborate with analyst firms to position risk intelligence solutions
• Set and achieve marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS solutions marketing or product marketing
• Experience focusing on risk management functions within financial services
• Experience with AI-based compliance and automation solutions
• Proven ability to build and execute GTM plans
• Skilled at creating product/sales collateral and thought leadership content independently
• Experience engaging with analyst firms
• Data-driven mindset with focus on measuring marketing performance

• Understanding of risk management processes and financial crime challenges in financial institutions
