Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hotel brands, ownership groups, convention centers, CVBs, and tourism organizations nationwide.
  • Identify and cultivate new hotel partnership opportunities aligned with growth and geographic expansion goals.
  • Represent Access at hospitality industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Partner with National Sales Directors and local market teams to support new business development tied to strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor hospitality industry trends, ownership changes, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Track partnership performance metrics, lead generation, and ROI through Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in hospitality business development, strategic partnerships, DMC sales, or hotel sales.
  • Existing relationships within hotel brands, ownership groups, CVBs, and hospitality organizations.
  • Demonstrated success developing partnerships that generate measurable revenue.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
  • Experience using CRM systems and performance dashboards.
