Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hotel brands, ownership groups, convention centers, CVBs, and tourism organizations nationwide.
- Identify and cultivate new hotel partnership opportunities aligned with growth and geographic expansion goals.
- Represent Access at hospitality industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Partner with National Sales Directors and local market teams to support new business development tied to strategic partnerships.
- Monitor hospitality industry trends, ownership changes, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
- Track partnership performance metrics, lead generation, and ROI through Salesforce.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in hospitality business development, strategic partnerships, DMC sales, or hotel sales.
- Existing relationships within hotel brands, ownership groups, CVBs, and hospitality organizations.
- Demonstrated success developing partnerships that generate measurable revenue.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
- Experience using CRM systems and performance dashboards.
