Responsibilities

• Develop in-country supply chain architectures across portfolio countries to ensure learning continuity.
• Lead geospatial mapping and analysis to inform route planning and warehouse placement.
• Develop cost-efficient strategies for forward and reverse logistics, including deployment and end-of-life processes.
• Create sustainable strategies for repairs, maintenance, and replacement operations.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies for asset theft or loss during storage and transit.
• Research and implement asset tracking solutions such as NFC, GPS, or RFID.
• Develop global standards for sustainable e-waste management and electronic product recycling.
• Build data-driven cultures by providing SOPs, templates, and training to country teams.

Requirements

• Honours Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• At least 5 years in a senior level role with experience in supply chain architecture.
• Proven experience managing inventory, distribution, and reverse logistics in low-resource environments.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and repairs.
• Experience building data-driven organizational cultures.
• Experience working with remote or hybrid teams across multiple countries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the non-profit or social sector.
