Director of Technology

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing software engineering organization
• Participate directly in software development through architecture design, coding, and technical reviews
• Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps excellence
• Own the cybersecurity strategy and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Oversee internal IT operations, SaaS administration, and infrastructure
• Evaluate and implement AI solutions to improve clinical care and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years leading engineering teams or technology organizations
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, healthcare technology, or digital health environments
• Proficiency with modern web application frameworks and API development
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare technology experience
• HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC 2 experience
• Telehealth or behavioral health platform experience
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Experience leading both Product and Engineering
• Experience deploying AI-powered solutions into production
