Director of Telecommunications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a multi-year telecommunications and contact center strategy
• Oversee day-to-day operations of enterprise voice infrastructure including RingCentral, Avaya, and Cisco
• Direct a team of telecom engineers and administrators
• Provide strategic direction for the enterprise mobile device program
• Design and implement next-generation contact center solutions integrating with EHR and CRM systems
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and telecommunications budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications or IT infrastructure
• Experience managing RingCentral, Avaya, or Cisco voice platforms in multi-site environments
• Proven success leading contact center strategy and operations
• Experience integrating voice platforms with EHR (Epic) and CRM (Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate – Collaboration (CCNA Collaboration)
• RingCentral Admin Certification
