Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop social expertise of direct reports through mentorship, feedback, and coaching
  • Maintain deep understanding of client business goals, competitors, and performance priorities
  • Orchestrate multi-discipline collaboration for full-funnel, cross-channel campaign execution
  • Manage client expectations and serve as a holistic account leader
  • Utilize deep knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to meet business goals
  • Serve as a point of escalation for client issues and navigate solutions with legal or finance
  • Manage major deliverables including executive presentations, QBRs, and annual reviews
  • Oversee successful onboarding of new clients and establish account management processes
  • Scale management layers and identify succession plans for team talent development

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of paid social experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a client-facing marketing role
  • Mandatory B2B experience
  • Proven experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports
  • Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to audit accounts and present actionable insights
  • Ability to participate in business pitches
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance across paid media channels including search, social, and video
