Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute patient / consumer marketing strategies and annual brand plans to support the successful launch and commercialization of DT120
  • Manage key patient marketing initiatives across the product lifecycle, including pre-launch planning, audience segmentation, and campaign execution
  • Drive digital patient engagement strategy, including branded and unbranded web experiences, CRM, social media, and search
  • Oversee the promotional review process (MLR/PRC) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and Sales to align patient engagement strategies with business objectives
  • Direct external agency partners across creative, digital, media, analytics, and market research
  • Translate patient, caregiver, and market insights into actionable strategies
  • Support patient advocacy, congress, and community engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • Minimum 10 years of industry-related experience
  • Experience in patient/consumer marketing and digital marketing within pharmaceutical or biotech industries
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations governing patient promotion
  • Proven experience with branded and unbranded patient marketing
  • Required experience with U.S. pharmaceutical market launches
  • Experience with digital engagement platforms, CRM, web strategy, and social media
  • Ability to travel 10–20%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience in CNS, psychiatry, or specialty pharmaceutical categories
  • Experience with REMS products or novel treatment delivery models
