Director, People Operations, Data and Technology

Responsibilities

• Design and run the People team operating system, including planning cadences and process documentation
• Build accountability infrastructure to track progress and delivery across the team
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and growth frameworks
• Oversee talent management, performance calibration, and engagement survey cadences
• Build and maintain people analytics, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Lead corporate workforce planning and headcount forecasting in partnership with Finance
• Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and manage people risk
• Set priorities for HR systems, automation, and AI enablement
• Act as the business owner for the HRIS and core people systems

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Operations, People Operations, or a related function
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational infrastructure in high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for insights and forecasting
• Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and systems
• Genuine enthusiasm for and experience with AI and automation in HR workflows
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams
