Responsibilities
- Own the operational model for the People function, translating strategy into execution through workstreams, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage HR technology stacks and vendor relationships, driving system performance and providing investment recommendations to the CPO.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation workflows, and agentic capabilities to build an AI-native People function.
- Lead global HR compliance across all operating countries, including the US, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Belgium, and India.
- Partner with the Chief Legal Officer to translate statutory requirements and works council obligations into operational policy.
- Maintain global employee handbooks and country-specific policies to ensure legal defensibility and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations, business operations, strategy execution, or a Chief of Staff function.
- Multi-country HR compliance experience across at least 3 jurisdictions, including knowledge of statutory employment requirements.
- Proven track record of driving AI adoption and implementing automation workflows within a team or function.
- Experience managing HR systems and vendor relationships, including holding partners accountable to SLAs.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to produce polished leadership materials and operational dashboards.
- Ability to build governance frameworks and accountability structures in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth B2B technology company.
- Hands-on familiarity with HR technology ecosystems such as Dayforce, Greenhouse, or BetterWorks.
- Background in HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, or leading large-scale change management efforts.
- Specific experience with European employment law, works council engagement, or GDPR-related HR data obligations.
