Director, Product Management HCP Engagement

Responsibilities

• Set the end-to-end roadmap for HCP engagement programs including surveys, advisory councils, and webinars
• Make strategic trade-off decisions on product development backed by data and judgment
• Partner with engineering and design teams to write specifications and ship features
• Define the prescriber-side experience including recruiting, onboarding, payments, and compliance
• Build the pharma-side product surface for program scoping, launching, and reporting
• Position the advisor network as a scalable product through repeatable engagement workflows
• Connect product behavior to commercial outcomes like renewal and expansion

Requirements

• 5–10 years in product management or engagement leadership within HCP marketing platforms
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate messy workflows into clear PRDs
• Intuition for prescriber UX and physician incentives
• Working understanding of pharma regulations (PhRMA Code, OIG, FDA promotional rules, Sunshine Act)
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, builder-focused environments
• Excellent written communication skills for roadmaps and briefs
