Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor multiple Regional Sales Directors to drive performance and achieve provincial goals
- Develop and execute multi-year sales strategies, including new market entry and product launches
- Manage the sales budget for the multi-provincial region, including headcount and marketing spend
- Monitor provincial performance by analyzing high-level data and market trends
- Oversee the development and retention of top-tier leadership talent and succession planning
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align sales goals with company objectives
- Prepare and present performance updates, forecasts, and strategic plans to the executive team
Requirements
- Proven ability to implement large-scale, long-term sales initiatives across broad territories
- Deep understanding of provincial budgets and financial forecasting
- Experience in executive leadership and managing multiple layers of management
- Ability to operate at a high level within a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment
