Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor multiple Regional Sales Directors to drive performance and achieve provincial goals
  • Develop and execute multi-year sales strategies, including new market entry and product launches
  • Manage the sales budget for the multi-provincial region, including headcount and marketing spend
  • Monitor provincial performance by analyzing high-level data and market trends
  • Oversee the development and retention of top-tier leadership talent and succession planning
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align sales goals with company objectives
  • Prepare and present performance updates, forecasts, and strategic plans to the executive team

Requirements

  • Proven ability to implement large-scale, long-term sales initiatives across broad territories
  • Deep understanding of provincial budgets and financial forecasting
  • Experience in executive leadership and managing multiple layers of management
  • Ability to operate at a high level within a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment
