Green Thumb Industries is one of the largest and fastest-growing cannabis companies in the country, with cultivation, production, and retail operations spanning multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full scope of a cannabis manufacturing site including grow, lab, post-processing, packaging, and logistics
- Maintain direct accountability for safety, quality, compliance, and productivity
- Own the facility budget and drive continuous improvement
- Lead a multi-level team through high-growth operational complexity
Requirements
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership
- Direct management of 100+ people
- Consumer packaged goods experience
- P&L ownership
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Business
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Lean or Six Sigma knowledge
- Cannabis, horticulture, or lab processing exposure
