About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for surgeons, from sourcing and outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified cosmetic and plastic surgeons through proactive networking
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time to fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates
  • Partner with Operations and Clinical Leadership to align recruitment with business needs and workforce planning
  • Stay informed on aesthetic market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity
  • Deliver an exceptional and professional candidate experience
  • Oversee and evaluate relationships with external search firms and recruitment partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of physician recruiting or business development experience, preferably in Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery
  • Demonstrated success filling hard-to-fill physician roles
  • Strong understanding of the physician recruitment lifecycle, contracting, and onboarding
  • Proven experience in recruitment analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • Healthcare-related certifications such as AAPPR
