Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiters, establishing clear priorities and a culture of accountability
• Personally own critical searches for senior technical, engineering, AI, data, cloud, and leadership roles
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to provide market intelligence and calibrate hiring profiles
• Drive improvements in the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing strategy, interview consistency, and candidate experience
• Leverage AI and automation to increase recruiting effectiveness and improve recruiter productivity
• Use data and insights to measure recruiting effectiveness, including funnel health and time-to-fill

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
• Experience leading recruiting teams in professional services organizations
• Proven success recruiting senior technical talent (engineering, cloud, AI, data)
• Experience managing a team while maintaining hands-on recruiting ownership
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting data to drive decisions
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
