Responsibilities

• Lead enablement programs for Talent Teams and People Managers to ensure seamless execution of core talent practices.
• Craft high-impact change-management toolkits to drive program adoption across the company.
• Oversee leadership programs including Manager Accelerator tracks and Monthly Manager Forums.
• Identify and integrate AI-driven solutions to drive operational efficiency across talent programs.
• Build and execute frameworks for succession planning, high-potential identification, and internal mobility.
• Design and facilitate AI-enabled performance review cycles and goal-setting frameworks like OKRs/KPIs.
• Translate talent data and retention trends into targeted, executive-level action plans.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align on future workforce needs and maintain critical talent pipelines.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive HR or Talent leadership experience
• Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), or Talent Management
• Proven track record of driving complex, company-wide talent initiatives from strategy through rollout
• Ability to analyze performance ratings, turnover, and engagement metrics for C-suite recommendations
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools, automation, or talent tech platforms to streamline HR operations
