Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize dispute and chargeback operations across multiple payment platforms
  • Lead a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence
  • Analyze trends and monitor dispute escalations to implement corrective action plans
  • Implement efficient workflows and optimize SOPs to reduce financial loss
  • Proactively identify recurring patterns in disputes and chargebacks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dispute management, chargebacks, or payment operations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with financial data and metrics
  • Deep understanding of dispute and chargeback rules, timelines, and evidentiary standards
  • Proven ability to lead and manage an operations team
  • Experience building or optimizing SOPs and operational workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing high-volume dispute environments
