Distribution Learning Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve a comprehensive Field Learning Ecosystem aligned with sales and growth objectives
• Develop learning strategies for onboarding, ongoing development, and field performance
• Create scalable learning experiences using virtual instructor-led training, microlearning, and simulations
• Implement AI-enabled learning tools to enhance field development
• Establish and track KPIs connecting learning initiatives with sales productivity and business outcomes
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Lines of Business to align priorities

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning strategy, sales, or performance consulting
• Experience designing and delivering remote and digital learning programs
• Strong facilitation skills in virtual environments
• Comfort experimenting with AI-enabled learning tools
• Applicable life and required securities licensure (Series 6, 63, and 26)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within insurance, financial services, or highly regulated sales environments
• Experience supporting distributed or captive sales organizations
• Budget ownership and vendor management experience
