Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and compose technical information
• Conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology
• Translate technical information into clear, readable documents for technical and nontechnical personnel
• Use standard help compilers to prepare online documentation for Windows-based applications

Requirements

• Five years of relevant experience
• Experience in technical writing and documentation pertaining to all aspects of IT
• Experience preparing technical documentation and conducting research on applicable standards
• Ability to work independently or under general direction
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• US Citizenship required
