About the Company

PlantingSpace AG is building a system that represents domain knowledge as modular probabilistic models, making analysis rigorous and transparent by design. The system enforces consistency and propagates uncertainty, with primary applications in finance and scientific research.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on developing high-value use cases that leverage probabilistic modeling
• Integrate solutions directly into pilot users' workflows
• Identify and engage pilot users through established industry networks
• Participate in a 4-stage development cycle: opportunity identification, validation, specification/implementation, and production
• Work with engineers to translate solution architecture into working models
• Support the transition from pilot to production-grade usage

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise as a current or former practitioner
• Strong grasp of statistical modeling for collaboration with engineers
• Established industry connections to identify and engage pilot users
• Ability to identify problems that lack existing AI solutions and involve significant uncertainty

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Analysis, specifically Valuation Models, Quantitative Default-Probability Models, or Interest Rate Prediction Models
• Experience solving complex problems that are currently handled manually or via brittle custom programming
